Delivery and Installation

Delivery Time:

The delivery time starts on the day your order is placed and ends on the day we attempt delivery. This timeframe may vary depending on the product type. Deliveries are made on business days, from Saturday to Thursday, excluding weekends and official holidays.

Free Delivery in Riyadh:

•  Minimum invoice of 1,000 SAR required.
• 100 SAR delivery fee for invoices below 1,000 SAR within Riyadh.

Delivery Costs Outside Riyadh:

• Determined upon contract.

Delivery Times:

• Within Riyadh: Within 1 week  after full payment.
• Outside Riyadh: 5 to 7 days per schedule.

Communication and Rescheduling:

• Customers contacted a day before delivery.
• Non-responsive customers lead to automatic postponement.
• 300 SAR fee for rescheduling after product leaves the warehouse.

Delivery Conditions:

• Dimensions and colors must match for home delivery.
• Wide corridors and no old products at delivery place required.
• Responsibility for transporting, dismantling, or installing old products lies with the customer.

High-Rise Buildings:

• For high-rise buildings, it's crucial to verify the elevator's size to accommodate the products.
• If the elevator is not spacious enough, the delivery cost is determined based on the floor location.

Additional Services:

• Disassembly, packaging, and installation available at 15% of product value.
• Customer responsible for product transport and pre-existing or transport-related issues.
