Refund policy

Products Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange Policy:

  • Products can only be replaced if a manufacturing defect is reported within 24 hours of delivery and cannot be resolved by the company.

Non-Exchangeable and Non-Returnable Cases:

  • The product is in good condition with no defects.
  • Last piece products.
  • Bedding and linen items such as sheets, pillows, and mattresses with removed covers.

Refund Policy:

  • If the customer requests a refund before receiving the products, the original contract and the contracting person's identity must be presented.
  • The full reservation amount will be refunded within 7 days of the cancellation request, except for non-cancelable items.
  • If the company is unable to deliver the goods, the customer is entitled to a full refund without any additional compensation.

Installment Contracts:

  • It is not permissible to recover or cancel any installment contracts.

Receipt Without Installation:

  • The company is not responsible for transporting or installing the product at a later time if it is received without installation.
  • The company is also not liable for any damages that occur to the product after receipt.

Invoice Signing:

  • If the customer refuses to sign the invoice, the company will not be responsible for any subsequent complaints about the product.

Shipping Orders:

  • The company is responsible for delivering products to the shipping company.
  • The customer or their representative in the shipping company must sign a receipt report verifying the number of pieces received and their condition.
  • The company is not responsible for any damages or deficiencies resulting from the shipping process.
