Refund policy
Products Exchange and Return Policy
Exchange Policy:
- Products can only be replaced if a manufacturing defect is reported within 24 hours of delivery and cannot be resolved by the company.
Non-Exchangeable and Non-Returnable Cases:
- The product is in good condition with no defects.
- Last piece products.
- Bedding and linen items such as sheets, pillows, and mattresses with removed covers.
Refund Policy:
- If the customer requests a refund before receiving the products, the original contract and the contracting person's identity must be presented.
- The full reservation amount will be refunded within 7 days of the cancellation request, except for non-cancelable items.
- If the company is unable to deliver the goods, the customer is entitled to a full refund without any additional compensation.
Installment Contracts:
- It is not permissible to recover or cancel any installment contracts.
Receipt Without Installation:
- The company is not responsible for transporting or installing the product at a later time if it is received without installation.
- The company is also not liable for any damages that occur to the product after receipt.
Invoice Signing:
- If the customer refuses to sign the invoice, the company will not be responsible for any subsequent complaints about the product.
Shipping Orders:
- The company is responsible for delivering products to the shipping company.
- The customer or their representative in the shipping company must sign a receipt report verifying the number of pieces received and their condition.
- The company is not responsible for any damages or deficiencies resulting from the shipping process.
