Delivery and Installation
Delivery Time:
The delivery time starts on the day your order is placed and ends on the day we attempt delivery. This timeframe may vary depending on the product type. Deliveries are made on business days, from Saturday to Thursday, excluding weekends and official holidays.
Free Delivery in Riyadh:
- Minimum invoice of 1,500 SAR required.
- 200 SAR delivery fee for invoices below 1,500 SAR within Riyadh.
Delivery Costs Outside Riyadh:
- Determined upon contract.
Delivery Times:
- Within Riyadh: Within 1 week after full payment.
- Outside Riyadh: 5 to 7 days per schedule.
Communication and Rescheduling:
- Customers contacted a day before delivery.
- Non-responsive customers lead to automatic postponement.
- 300 SAR fee for rescheduling after product leaves the warehouse.
Delivery Conditions:
- Dimensions and colors must match for home delivery.
- Wide corridors and no old products at delivery place required.
- Responsibility for transporting, dismantling, or installing old products lies with the customer.
High-Rise Buildings:
- For high-rise buildings, it's crucial to verify the elevator's size to accommodate the products.
- If the elevator is not spacious enough, the delivery cost is determined based on the floor location.
Additional Services:
- Disassembly, packaging, and installation available at 15% of product value.
- Customer responsible for product transport and pre-existing or transport-related issues.
Products Exchange and Return Policy
Exchange Policy:
- Products can only be replaced if a manufacturing defect is reported within 24 hours of delivery and cannot be resolved by the company.
Non-Exchangeable and Non-Returnable Cases:
- The product is in good condition with no defects.
- Last piece products.
- Bedding and linen items such as sheets, pillows, and mattresses with removed covers.
Refund Policy:
- If the customer requests a refund before receiving the products, the original contract and the contracting person's identity must be presented.
- The full reservation amount will be refunded within 7 days of the cancellation request, except for non-cancelable items.
- If the company is unable to deliver the goods, the customer is entitled to a full refund without any additional compensation.
Installment Contracts:
- It is not permissible to recover or cancel any installment contracts.
Receipt Without Installation:
- The company is not responsible for transporting or installing the product at a later time if it is received without installation.
- The company is also not liable for any damages that occur to the product after receipt.
Invoice Signing:
- If the customer refuses to sign the invoice, the company will not be responsible for any subsequent complaints about the product.
Shipping Orders:
- The company is responsible for delivering products to the shipping company.
- The customer or their representative in the shipping company must sign a receipt report verifying the number of pieces received and their condition.
- The company is not responsible for any damages or deficiencies resulting from the shipping process.
